The use of a deadman system, which automatically stops the flow of fuel when the operator releases a handheld switch, has long been accepted practice for refueling airplanes. An extending coiled Suzie cable supplies a current-limiting device with power before the switch, which is generally electric. However, there are drawbacks to this technique. Suzie cables frequently need to be stretched because they are not usually long enough for stand-off refueling. This causes the core to prematurely break down, which usually causes the system to fail closed. However, in certain cases, the outcome has been a short circuit, which keeps the deadman system operating long after the switch is released. Additionally, it is increasingly more typical for the person doing the refueling to control the fuel panel on the aircraft while doing so. What the main functions system have？

• Deadman was managed by a timer. running continuously for two minutes. 30 seconds before the two minutes are up, the operator is alerted by a warning light or beeper. Release the deadman function briefly to restart the timer.


• STOP in an emergency. Exceptional output signal while the power is on. As long as the STOP button on the transmitter is pressed, the output is set to OFF=low.


• Override External. The external unit's input signal overrides the dead man handset. Even when an external override is utilized, emergency STOP on the device is still in effect.


• An output signal for the interlock when the transmitter is inserted into the charge station on the front of the receiver able to be locked.
